Our first contact is an opportunity to discuss your career goals and personal constraints. You have probably deamed big while you were young, and you made great efforts to reach your level, but you're probably still halfway or could do much more.

2. Validating an Intrapreneurial Project

Next, we validate or identify the right industrial intrapreneur whose needs align with a relevant opportunity for your career.

3. Meeting the Intrapreneur

Together, we prepare for your meeting with the intrapreneur by identifying key questions that need clarification.

4. Project Execution

Once your Freelance or CDI contract is signed with AETHER, you are ready to join the intrapreneur for a duration of 6 to 36 months.

The intrapreneur ensures your integration into the project—a dynamic period where you familiarize yourself with internal resources. Every three months, in collaboration with AETHER, you conduct a 360-degree project audit.

5. Tracking Your Personal Goals

With the support of your AETHER coach, you define your personal objectives.

A personalized review every three months, along with regular administrative follow-ups, helps you step back and navigate the challenges you encounter throughout the project.
