Your Practical Guide for a Stress-Free Visit (with Some Shopping on the Side)

 AETHER's offices are located West of Brussels, close to the highway exit, in a High-Tech innovation park.

We are sharing offices with other engineering entrepreneurs in the EEBIC building:

 The Erasme metro station is next to our office if you wish to take public transportation.

  if coming by car before 5PM, ask us to reserve a visitor Parking.

If you arrive by car before 5 PM, be aware that the surrounding streets can be quite busy with parked cars. There are some visitor parking spots available, but they must be reserved in advance.

If you need a visitor parking reserved, please inform AETHER 48 hours beforehand so we can arrange it for you. Sometimes there're no places available!
After 5 PM it becomes easier to find a parking in the surrounding area.

Go upstairs to enter the building:

(Before 5 PM only) Ring the door bell on your right:

(Before 5 PM only) Notify AETHER Consiliium of your arrival using the computer in the hall:

(Before 5 PM only) You can have a sit while we arrive to welcome you, using the sofas behind the elevator.

(Before 3:30 PM only) You can enjoy cold and hod food and drinks at the restaurant which closes at 3:30. They also offer a catering service if you wish to take food with you.

 Attention, if your meeting is after 5 PM:

The main entrance will be closed and Guests must enter through the underground access, using the stairs going downward, located just to the left of the main entrance stairs.
